Registration

All guests must register with the office upon arrival. All fees are to be paid in full prior to hook up. Must be 18 years of age to register. Tents are not permitted.

 

Check In

Check In time is at 2p.m. If you anticipate arriving at any time other than this, please just contact management and we will  accommodate you.

 

Check Out

Check out time is noon. If you wish to extend your stay, please check with management as soon as possible. 

 

Vehicles

Two vehicles per site. If you need additional parking, please advise management. The speed limit in the park is 5mph and will be strictly enforced. Parking on vacant sites or on the street is not permitted. No vehicle repairs, maintenance activities, or fluid changes are permitted within the park.  Please pull you vehicle in front of your RV not  into the yard area.

 

Site

All sites must remain uncluttered, clean, and free of trash. We ask that you kindly seal and place your trash bags in designated containers. Per state law, no draining of gray water on the ground will be tolerated. Clotheslines and hanging of clothes is not permitted outside. No generators are permitted in operation in the park at any time.

 

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10p.m. until 8a.m.

 

Children

Minors must have an adult of legal age accepting responsibility for their behavior. Children under 10 years of age must have adults accompany them at all times. Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. 

 

Guests

The basic rate includes 2 people. Additional people , up to 4, are $2/day per person. Guests are responsible for the actions and safety of their children and visitors, including any damages they may cause. Guests are responsible to tell the managers of extra guests.  You are responsible for the conduct of your visitors. Please ensure that they are familiar with all of our Rules & Regulations before they enter the park.

 

Personal Property

Please secure your valuables, we are not responsible for any damaged or stolen property.

 

Other Rules

• All signs, posted notices, and directions must be obeyed. Failure to do so could result in person(s) being asked to leave.

• No firearms or fireworks are permitted.

• Rowdiness, loud music, abusive language, drunkenness, or possession or use of drugs prohibited.

• No solicitation.

 

All patrons and guests are expected to abide by the rules of the park in order to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all visiting. We thank you in advance for respecting the rules.
